Hi, I'm Julie!  

I'm so glad you're here!  

Julie Murray Wellness has always been a dream of mine, and I am so excited to share this with you.  

My goal with Julie Murray Wellness is to guide and motivate you to achieve optimal health using whole foods, movement, and lifestyle modifications that will get you thriving!    


Fitness and nutrition can be very overwhelming, we are bombarded with all kinds of conflicting information daily.  My hope is that I can share good information that is easy to understand, and that can be put to use in your daily life.  I truly believe that the key to a long healthy life is consistency. Eating well, moving, and of course laughing is the answer!  


I have a masters degree in Holistic Nutrition and a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology.  I'm certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist and also through EXOS Training Systems as a Performance Specialist. I also hold certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, and Strength Training.   I have been lucky enough to put my education to good use working in corporate health and fitness for almost 20 years working with some of the largest companies in the world.  I love to teach group fitness, and have taught just about everything over the years (even step aerobics).  Personally, I am an avid trail runner, dedicated Yoga student and teacher, and self-proclaimed foodie.  I love what I do and I truly enjoy sharing my passion and knowledge for health and wellness with everyone.
