Before the initial consultation you will be asked to complete the online forms 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Depending on your needs you may be asked to complete a 3-5 day food journal documenting everything you ate over the course of the day. This can be brought in with you at the time of your first consultation.
Initial consultations (90 minutes): The initial consultation will be used to talk over your health history, and current concerns.
Follow up consultations (30-60 minutes): The follow up sessions will be used to assess progress, and discuss any adjustments that might need to be made.

Assessment: Before beginning each client will receive a free assessment including body composition, circumference measurements, blood pressure, and heart rate. Reassessments will be performed every 4-6 weeks.
Training sessions: Each client will receive individualized programs based on their fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose body fat or run your first marathon the plans will be effective and efficient.
