What Is The Meal Plan Like?
The Meal Plan uses all real food that you can find in your regular grocery store.
The Meal Plan will eliminate some of the more common inflammatory foods such as soy and dairy, but the list of foods you can eat is great. By eliminating some of these inflammatory foods you will really start to see your health better quickly. More energy, glowing skin, weight loss (if needed), clearer thinking, the list goes on and on.
Included is a recipe book with pictures and step by step instruction on how to prepare each meal. All the recipes use common ingredients, so no need to be a gourmet chef , I promise! :)
What Are The Workouts Like?
H.I.I.T Workouts: High Intensity Interval Training will be done three days a week. These workouts will have you working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds for 16-32 minutes depending on your fitness level. Studies have shown that this form of exercise is the most effective for burning fat, getting lean, and truly boosting your metabolism. What's even better is that H.I.I.T training can be done anywhere and does not take forever!
Core & Stretch: These workouts focus on increasing strength in all of the trunk muscles and also give you some time to stretch and relax. Core & Stretch workouts are under 30 minutes yet highly effectiveand are done two days a week. Core & Stretch workouts will improve posture, decrease pain, and increase flexibility.
Breath Work: Following the Core & Stretch workouts I will offer a breath work session that is so simple but so effective. Breath work is one of the most effective ways of managing stress and can literally be done anywhere at almost anytime. I will teach you an easy method that will reset your nervous system and leave you feeling cool as cucumber.
